The old farmhouse was in very poor condition and, following several previous renovations, little of the original structure remained. We kept what was still intact: the façades, sections of the timber framing, and the structural elements inside.

We replaced, supplemented, and redesigned everything else. The house now faces the idyllic garden. The sanitary facilities and building services are located in the extension. Heating is provided by a geothermal probe, and the photovoltaic system was combined with a battery.
