The two existing apartments were completely renovated, with the floor plans adapted while retaining the original structure. The attic was converted and added to the upper apartment as additional living space. A new apartment was created in the former barn and stable area, integrating the cellar walls dating back to 1744.

Further work was carried out on the outbuildings: the shed was converted into a utility and laundry room, and a covered parking space was built next to the barn.

The project was developed in collaboration with the Office for Municipalities and Spatial Planning and the Cantonal Office for the Preservation of Historical Monuments.
